South African all-rounder Donovan Ferreira has said that he is ready to face the likes of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in the 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League. Ferreira was also bought by the Rajasthan Royals for the next season of the tournament. Speaking with Sportskeeda, Ferreira said that he is very happy to get the opportunity to represent Rajasthan Royals, it is a great opportunity for him to play against the likes of Rohit and Kohli.
“I was quite amazed that I got the opportunity to represent Rajasthan Royals. This was clearly unexpected. Donovan Ferreira said, “It is a wonderful opportunity for me to grow among great Indian players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and people like Sanju Samson.

The 24-year-old youngster also said that he is really excited to be a part of Rajasthan Royals and he cannot wait to start his journey in the Indian Premier League. He also said that the selection will not be under his control, but he will give his all in training, adding that he is ready to grab any opportunity.

“It is going to be amazing to play with overseas players in my team and work with the coaching staff and learn to adapt to different conditions to grow as a player. It really excites me and I can’t wait to start my journey over there. In regards to opportunity, I really prefer to be in the moment because the choice is in our control. I want to give my all in training and try to get as much information as possible from the coaches and other senior players and then if I get a chance try and take it with both hands and dominate so that I can lead my team I can take you up Line,” concluded Donovan Ferreira.
