Team India and New Zealand are face to face in the second match of the three-match ODI series at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur. The Kiwis were reduced to 15/3 after 9 overs, but Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya added to the woes of the visitors by taking an extraordinary catch, thanks to some fine bowling from Indian new bowlers, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj. His own bowling.
In the first game, during the toss, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and for a brief movement, he forgot what to do, but he eventually decided to bowl first. Both the teams went unchanged in their playing XIs as compared to the series opener in Hyderabad where the hosts won by a narrow margin of 12 runs.

On the fourth ball of the 10th over, Hardik Pandya took a return catch with one hand and that too with the left hand. He bowled a full length ball and Kiwi opener Devon Conway drove it back but the ball was too low and Pandya did well in his follow-through to get down sharply and out of thin air before the ball touched the ground. Threw out, and then he fumbled with the ball firmly in his hand.
