Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan has replaced Wanindu Hasaranga at the top of the T20I bowlers’ rankings after the Sri Lankan star failed to win the three-match series in India. Hasaranga took three wickets for 99 runs in the series at an economy rate of 9.00 per over. Meanwhile, Rashid has not played a T20 match for over two months since the World Cup in Australia in November.
